Progressive Health
Develop a strategy to position the healthcare group as the ideal partner for at-risk hospitals seeking ownership or management solutions, to secure contracts and expand their network. Concurrently, the aim was to rebrand and rejuvenate newly acquired hospitals, transforming their image to appeal to the market and demonstrate a commitment to resolving past challenges. This dual approach was intended to enhance the reputation and performance of the hospitals under management, ultimately improving the standard of healthcare provided to the communities they serve.
Web Design with Specialty Pages for Health Campaigns
As an outreach effort to potential patients we focused on the prevalent health issues in the rural areas they serve. A notable initiative was the creation of a teen resources page, addressing the high rates of teen pregnancies in these communities. This page aimed to educate teenagers on sexual health and encourage them to seek medical advice. Alongside this, our marketing efforts highlighted other common health challenges in rural areas, such as diabetes, hypertension, and mental health issues. By providing targeted information and fostering community engagement, we aimed to promote health awareness and proactive healthcare-seeking behavior, ultimately making a meaningful impact on public health education in underserved regions.
Swag Roll-Outs for Staff
To bolster team spirit and create a sense of unity among staff, we developed a range of swag that employees could purchase. This initiative included a variety of items such as t-shirts, jackets, and backpacks, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the organization's brand and values. The t-shirts were particularly popular, with options available for everyday wear as well as special seasonal designs to celebrate different times of the year. These seasonal t-shirts added a fun and festive element to the workplace, allowing staff to show off their team pride while embracing the spirit of various holidays and seasons. Overall, the introduction of branded swag not only enhanced the team's sense of belonging but also served as a walking advertisement for the organization, showcasing its culture and identity both inside and outside the workplace.
Health Awareness
We leveraged marketing within the clinic offices and local businesses by strategically placing posters and pop-up banners. These materials were designed to capture attention and convey key messages about the services and initiatives offered by the clinic. In the clinic offices, posters were placed in waiting areas and consultation rooms, providing patients with informative and engaging content to browse while they waited. Pop-up banners were used during special events or health awareness campaigns, serving as eye-catching displays that highlighted important information. By extending our marketing efforts to local businesses, we were able to reach a broader audience, placing posters in high-traffic areas and collaborating with businesses to display our banners. This approach not only increased visibility for the clinic's services but also strengthened our connection with the community, fostering partnerships and promoting health awareness beyond the clinic walls.
